Provided are a display panel (100) and a display device, wherein the display panel (100) includes: a liquid crystal cell (110), the liquid crystal cell (110) includes a display portion (111) and a transparent display portion (112), the transparent display portion (112) is filled with scattering liquid crystal; an upper polarizer (120), the upper polarizer (120) is provided with an upper light transmission hole (121); and a lower polarizer (130), the lower polarizer (130) is provided with a lower light transmission hole (131), both the upper light transmission hole (121) and the lower light transmission hole (131) correspond to the transparent display portion (112).
