An OLED display panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The OLED display panel (100) comprises: a double-layer PI flexible layer (101), the double-layer PI flexible layer (101) comprising a glass substrate (1011), a wetting layer (1012), a PI flexible layer (1013), and an inorganic silicon nitride layer (1014); a thin-film transistor driving layer (102); an OLED light-emitting layer (103); and a thin-film encapsulation layer (104), the wetting layer (1012) transforming the glass substrate (1011) or the inorganic silicon nitride layer (1014) from hydrophilic to hydrophobic.

La présente invention concerne un panneau d'affichage OLED et son procédé de fabrication.
