Provided are a display panel and a method for preparing the same. The method for preparing a display panel comprises the following steps: a substrate provision step; a photoresist preparation step; a protective layer preparation step; a first inorganic layer preparation step; an organic layer preparation step; and a second inorganic layer preparation step. The method for preparing a display panel further comprises a photoresist removal step arranged before or after the first inorganic layer preparation step so as to remove a photoresist in a through hole and a negative electrode layer and a protective layer thereabove. The technical effects of the present invention lie in that no laser cutting is required, and thus the technical problem of particle attachment caused by laser cutting can be avoided. Moreover, no crack stop structure needs to be provided in a display panel, thereby increasing a screen-to-body ratio of the display panel. The invention enables a display panel to have enhanced resistance to intrusion of water and oxygen, improves encapsulation performance of an encapsulation film layer, and extends the service life of the display panel.

L'invention concerne un panneau d'affichage et son procédé de préparation. Le procédé de préparation d'un panneau d'affichage comprend les étapes suivantes : une étape de fourniture de substrat ; une étape de préparation de résine photosensible ; une étape de préparation de couche protectrice ; une étape de préparation de première couche inorganique ; une étape de préparation de couche organique ; et une étape de préparation de seconde couche inorganique. Le procédé de préparation d'un panneau d'affichage comprend en outre une étape d'élimination de résine photosensible exécutée avant ou après l'étape de préparation de première couche inorganique de façon à éliminer une résine photosensible d'un trou traversant et d'une couche d'électrode négative ainsi que d'une couche protectrice au-dessus de cette dernière. Les effets techniques de la présente invention résident dans le fait qu'aucune coupe au laser n'est nécessaire, et qu'il est par conséquent possible d'éviter le problème technique de fixation de particules provoqué par une coupe au laser. Il est en outre inutile de prévoir de structure d'arrêt de fissure dans un panneau d'affichage, ce qui permet d'augmenter le rapport écran-corps du panneau d'affichage. L'invention permet à un panneau d'affichage d'avoir une résistance améliorée à la pénétration d'eau et d'oxygène, améliore la performance d'encapsulation d'une couche de film d'encapsulation, et allonge la durée de vie du panneau d'affichage.

本发明提供一种显示面板及其制备方法,所述显示面板的制备方法包括以下步骤:基板设置步骤、光阻制备步骤、保护层制备步骤、第一无机层制备步骤、有机层制备步骤以及第二无机层制备步骤,在所述第一无机层制备步骤之前或之后,还包括光阻去除步骤,用以去除所述通孔内的光阻及其上的阴极层及保护层。本发明的技术效果在于,无需采用激光切割,避免激光切割导致粒子附着的技术问题,且无需设置防裂结构,提高显示面板的屏占比。增强显示面板阻隔水氧的性能,改善封装膜层的封装效果,延长显示面板的使用寿命。
