The present invention provides a touch display device. The touch display device in the present invention comprises a substrate, multiple touch electrodes which are provided on the substrate and are arranged in an array manner, and multiple touch traces which are provided on the substrate and are provided on layers different from the touch electrodes. Each touch electrode corresponds to one touch trace, and each touch trace is parallel to the column direction of the multiple touch electrodes; each touch trace comprises a signal transmission portion; one end of the signal transmission portion of each touch trace is connected to the corresponding touch electrode, and the other ends of the signal transmission portions of the multiple touch traces extend in the same direction to the outer side of the area where the multiple touch electrodes are located, so that the probability of short circuit between the touch traces and data lines provided on the same layer as the touch traces can be effectively reduced, and the product yield is ensured.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage tactile. Le dispositif d'affichage tactile selon la présente invention comprend un substrat, de multiples électrodes tactiles qui sont disposées sur le substrat et sont agencées en réseau, et de multiples traces tactiles qui sont disposées sur le substrat et sont disposées sur des couches différentes des électrodes tactiles. 本发明提供一种触控显示装置。本发明的触控显示装置包括衬底、设于衬底上且呈阵列式排布的多个触控电极、设于衬底上且与触控电极异层设置的多条触控走线;每一触控电极与一条触控走线对应;每一触控走线与多个触控电极的列方向平行;每一触控走线包括信号传输部,每一触控走线的信号传输部的一端与对应的触控电极连接,多条触控走线的信号传输部的另一端向同一方向延伸至多个触控电极所在区域外侧,能够有效降低触控走线及与其同层设置的数据线之间短路的几率,保证产品的良率。
