The present invention relates to a method for the manufacture, assembly and continuous construction of tubular sections made of steel or polymer in individual pipelines with gradual movement that is designed to mechanize and automate the method according to the prior art as much as possible, substantially eliminating or mitigating existing inefficiencies and risks, considerably reducing the time vessels need to be moored at piers while paying extremely expensive daily rates, increasing the quality of welds, inspections and the entire process, comprising inside the manufactured unit one or more weld cabins and a series of support devices with synchronized driven and free wheels that carry the pipe segments while simultaneously enabling movement of the entire stalk without external interference, following the joining of several pipe segments (welded together), of variable length, in which the embodiments provided in the present invention enable each stalk to be approximately 1.2 km long or longer.

La présente invention consiste en un procédé de fabrication, de montage et de construction continue avec déplacement progressif de segments tubulaires d'acier ou de polymère en lignes de conduits individuels, destiné à mécaniser et automatiser au maximum le procédé de la technique antérieure, supprimant ou réduisant sensiblement les dysfonctionnements et les risques actuellement observés; à réduire fortement la durée de séjour des navires dans les ports, dont les tarifs journaliers sont très élevés; et à augmenter la qualité des soudures d'inspection et de tout le procédé. L'invention prévoit, à l'intérieur de l'unité de fabrication, une ou plusieurs cabines de soudure et une série de dispositifs à supports par galets moteurs et à rotation libre synchronisés, qui supportent les segments de tubes et, dans le même temps, permettent le mouvement de toute la colonne (stalk) sans interférence extérieure, après la jonction des divers segments de tubes (soudés entre eux), selon une longueur variable. Pour les modalités abordées dans la présente invention, chaque colonne (stalk) peut présenter une longueur d'environ 1,2 km ou plus.

A presente invenção consiste de um processo de fabricação, montagem e construção continua com deslocamento progressivo de tramos tubulares de aço ou polimeros em linhas de dutos individuais, tendo por objeto mecanizar e automatizar ao maximo o processo da tecnica anterior, eliminando ou mitigando substancialmente ineficiencias e riscos atualmente verificados; redução drastica do tempo das embarcações paradas nos pieres pagando diarias carissimas; aumento na qualidade das soldas inspeções e todo processo, e preve, no interior da unidade fabril, de uma ou mais cabines de soldagem e uma serie de dispositivos de suportes por roletes motrizes e de giro livre sincronizados que suportam os segmentos de tubos e ao mesmo tempo permitem o movimento de toda coluna (Stalk) sem interferencia externa, apos a união dos varios segmentos de tubos (soldados entre si), em comprimento variavel, sendo que para as modalidades abordadas na presente invenção, cada coluna (Stalk) pode possuir cerca de 1,2 km de comprimento ou mais.
