Disclosed is a flooring system comprising at least one composite beam. The composite beam can comprise an outer channel. The outer channel can have a base, and flanges extending in relation to the base. The flanges can be spaced to define an opening to the outer channel. Each flange comprises a distal edge that (5) has a hook formation that is turned in to the opening. The flooring system can have an inner channel to be located in the outer channel. The inner channel can have a base, and flanges extending in relation to the base. The inner channel flanges can be spaced to define an opening to the inner channel. Each inner channel flange comprises a distal edge that is configured to locate immediately 0 under a respective hook formation of the outer channel flange. The flooring system can have reinforcing that is configured to be located within the inner channel to be spaced above the base of the inner channel such that, when concrete is poured into the inner channel, the reinforcing is able to become embedded in the concrete.

L'invention concerne un système de revêtement de sol comprenant au moins une poutre composite. La poutre composite peut comprendre un canal externe. Le canal externe peut avoir une base, et des bords s'étendant par rapport à la base. Les bords peuvent être espacés pour définir une ouverture pour le canal externe. Chaque bord comprend un bord distal (5) qui a une formation en crochet tourné vers l'ouverture. Le système de revêtement de sol peut avoir un canal interne destiné à être situé dans le canal externe.
