Systems for non-contact imaging measurement of blood oxygen saturation and perfusion in a sample are provided including a control unit configured to facilitate acquisition of data from a sample; a data acquisition module coupled to the control unit, the data acquisition module configured to illuminate a field of view (FOV) of the sample using a plurality of wavelengths to provide a plurality of images corresponding to each of the plurality of wavelengths responsive to control signals from the control unit; and an image processing module configured calculate image saturation parameters and reflectance for each of the plurality of images having a unique acquisition time and unique wavelength and extracting blood volume and oxygen saturation data in the FOV using the calculated image saturation parameters and reflectance for each of the plurality of images having a unique acquisition time and unique wavelength.

L'invention concerne des systèmes de mesure par imagerie sans contact de la saturation en oxygène du sang et de la perfusion dans un échantillon, comprenant une unité de commande configurée pour faciliter l'acquisition de données à partir d'un échantillon; un module d'acquisition de données couplé à l'unité de commande, le module d'acquisition de données étant configuré pour éclairer un champ de vision (FOV) de l'échantillon à l'aide d'une pluralité de longueurs d'onde afin de fournir une pluralité d'images correspondant à chacune de la pluralité des longueurs d'onde, en réponse à des signaux de commande provenant de l'unité de commande; et un module de traitement d'image, configuré pour calculer des paramètres de saturation d'image et un facteur de réflexion pour chacune de la pluralité des images comportant un temps d'acquisition unique et une longueur d'onde unique, et extraire des données de volume sanguin et de saturation en oxygène dans le FOV à l'aide des paramètres de saturation d'image calculés et du facteur de réflexion associé à chacune de la pluralité des images comportant un temps d'acquisition unique et une longueur d'onde unique.
