Provided is a braking assistance control device 100 for a vehicle 500 provided with detectors 21, 22 and a braking assistance device 30. The braking assistance control device 100 is provided with: an acquisition unit 103 for acquiring information on the surrounding of an own vehicle from the detectors 21, 22; and control units 101, P1, P2 that determine a blind spot area in the oncoming lane at an intersection using the information on the surrounding of the own vehicle acquired from the acquisition unit 103, and, upon determining that an obstacle is present in the blind spot area while the own vehicle is turning at the intersection, cause the braking assistance device 30 to execute braking assistance at an intersection braking assist level different from a standard braking assist level that is executed for avoiding a collision.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de commande d'assistance au freinage (100) pour un véhicule (500) équipé de détecteurs (21, 22) et d'un dispositif d'assistance au freinage (30). Le dispositif de commande d'assistance au freinage (100) comporte : une unité d'acquisition (103) destinée à acquérir des informations sur l'environnement d'un véhicule personnel à partir des détecteurs (21, 22) ; et des unités de commande (101, P1, P2) qui déterminent une zone de point mort dans la voie venant en sens inverse au niveau d'une intersection au moyen des informations sur l'environnement du véhicule personnel acquises à partir de l'unité d'acquisition (103), et, lorsqu'il est déterminé qu'un obstacle est présent dans la zone de point mort alors que le véhicule personnel tourne au niveau de l'intersection, amènent le dispositif d'assistance au freinage (30) à exécuter une assistance au freinage à un niveau d'assistance au freinage d'intersection différent d'un niveau d'assistance au freinage standard qui est exécuté pour éviter une collision.
