Abstract

The present invention provides a technique which enables an electroconductive ink containing a metal having a high melting point to have improved dischargeability from ink-jet devices and retain suitable dischargeability for a long period. The electroconductive ink of the present invention comprises an inorganic powder including particles of a metal having a high melting point, a dispersant, an organic solvent, and a poly(vinyl acetal) resin. In the electroconductive ink, the inorganic powder has an average primary-particle diameter of 500 nm or smaller, the volume of the inorganic powder is 7.5 vol% or less, the ratio of the specific surface area of the inorganic powder to the volume of the dispersant, SI/VD, is 0.25-10, the poly(vinyl acetal) resin has an average molecular weight of 2.5×104-6.4×104, and the ratio of the weight of the poly(vinyl acetal) resin to the weight of the organic solvent, WPA/WS, is 0.5-3 wt%. Due to this, the electroconductive ink can have high dischargeability and long-term stability.

La présente invention concerne une technique qui permet à une encre électroconductrice contenant un métal ayant un point de fusion élevé d'avoir une meilleure capacité de décharge à partir de dispositifs à jet d'encre et de conserver une capacité de décharge appropriée sur une longue période. L'encre électroconductrice de la présente invention comprend une poudre inorganique constituée de particules d'un métal ayant un point de fusion élevé, un agent dispersant, un solvant organique et une résine d'acétal de polyvinyle.
