An image acquisition unit (11) of this counting device (1) acquires a captured image from an image-capturing device (2) that captures a stationary component. A binarization unit (12) binarizes the captured image acquired by the image acquisition unit (11). An area calculation unit (14) calculates the area of a group into which the pixel distribution of the captured image binarized by the binarization unit (12) is classified. A number-of-components calculation unit (15) calculates the number of components for each group from the area of the group calculated by the area calculation unit (14), sums the number of components for each group, and generates number-of-components information indicating the total number of components captured in the captured image. An information output unit (16) outputs the number-of-components information generated by the number-of-components calculation unit (15).

Une unité d'acquisition d'image (11) du dispositif de comptage (1) selon l'invention acquiert une image capturée à partir d'un dispositif de capture d'image (2) qui capture un composant fixe. Une unité de binarisation (12) binarise l'image capturée acquise par l'unité d'acquisition d'image (11).
