A recombinant protein for use in a liquid culture medium for photo-autotrophic micropropagation of Cannabis Sativa L. is disclosed. The recombinant protein comprises a fusion of a growth induction part and a uptake enhancement part. The growth induction part comprises an Arabinogalactan protein and/or a plant transcription factor associated with plant growth and development. The uptake enhancement part comprises a cell penetrating peptide sequence and a nuclear localization signal encoded by the peptide sequence SEQ ID NO 1.

L'invention concerne une protéine de recombinaison destinée à être utilisée dans un milieu de culture liquide pour la micropropagation photo-autotrophe de Cannabis Sativa L. La protéine de recombinaison comprend une fusion d'une partie d'induction de croissance et d'une partie d'amélioration d'absorption. La partie d'induction de croissance comprend une arabinogalactane-protéine et/ou un facteur de transcription végétal associé à la croissance et au développement de plantes. La partie d'amélioration d'absorption comprend une séquence peptidique de pénétration cellulaire et un signal de localisation nucléaire codé par la séquence peptidique SEQ ID NO 1.
