Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to the technical field of construction, in particular to a fabricated self-restoration pitch point comprising support pillars, girders, prestressed reinforcement, universal wheels, brackets, rubber gaskets and angle iron. The middle end of the pillar is provided with brackets, two steel made grooves are provided at the top of the bracket; two universal wheels are flexibly connected with the bottom of the girder, the bottoms of the two universal wheels are flexibly arranged in the two steel made grooves; the rubber gaskets are fixedly connected to the periphery of the universal wheels between the bottom of the girder and the top of the brackets. A prestressed reinforcement passes through and connects the center of the girder and the center of the support pillar. Magnesium phosphate cement mortar mixing with carbon fiber is filled between the side edge terminal of the girder and the side wall of the support pillar. The top of the girder is fixedly connected with the support pillar by means of angle iron. Both the angle iron and the prestressed reinforcement are made of shape memory alloy material. The present invention can effectively solve the problem in the prior art of not poor balance between the anti-seismic property and the construction convenience of beam column pitch point.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique de la construction, et concerne en particulier un point de pas d'auto-restauration fabriqué comprenant des poteaux de support, des poutres, une armature précontrainte, des roues universelles, des supports, des joints en caoutchouc et un fer d'angle. L'extrémité centrale du poteau est dotée de supports, deux rainures réalisées en acier sont disposées au sommet du support ; deux roues universelles sont reliées de manière flexible au fond de la poutre, les fonds des deux roues universelles sont disposés de manière flexible dans les deux rainures réalisées en acier ; les joints en caoutchouc sont fixés de manière fixe à la périphérie des roues universelles entre le fond de la poutre et le sommet des supports. Une armature précontrainte passe à travers et relie le centre de la poutre et le centre du poteau de support. Le mélange de mortier de ciment au phosphate de magnésium avec de la fibre de carbone est rempli entre la borne de bord latéral de la poutre et la paroi latérale du poteau de support. La partie supérieure de la poutre est reliée de manière fixe au poteau de support au moyen d'un fer d'angle. Le fer d'angle et l'armature précontrainte sont tous deux fabriqués d'un matériau en alliage à mémoire de forme.
