Abstract

A method for preparing a lipoamino acid compound on the basis of a deep eutectic solvent, which relates to the field of organic synthesis. A fatty acid and an amino acid are used as substrates and a deep eutectic solvent is used as a medium to directly and efficiently prepare a single-chain lipoamino acid surfactant under the catalysis of lipase CALB; or Amano lipase M is used as a catalyst to efficiently catalyze a reaction between an amino acid comprising multiple amino groups and the fatty acid to prepare a Gemini-type amino acid. The described method does not require amino acid protection and de-protection to be carried out, does not involve commonly used fatty acid chloride, and has advantages of being green and safe, having high selectivity, having high yield, and so on as compared to traditional chemical synthesis methods.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un composé d'acide lipoaminé sur la base d'un solvant eutectique profond, qui se rapporte au domaine de la synthèse organique. Un acide gras et un acide aminé sont utilisés en tant que substrats et un solvant eutectique profond est utilisé en tant que milieu pour préparer directement et efficacement un tensioactif d'acide lipoaminé à chaîne unique dans des conditions de catalyse de la lipase CALB; ou une lipase Amano M est utilisée en tant que catalyseur pour catalyser efficacement une réaction entre un acide aminé comprenant de multiples groupes amino et l'acide gras pour préparer un acide aminé de type Gemini. Le procédé selon l'invention ne nécessite pas de protection des acides aminés ni de dé-protection à mettre en oeuvre, ne fait pas intervenir de chlorure d'acide gras couramment utilisé, et présente les avantages d'être écologique, sûr, de présenter une sélectivité élevée, un rendement élevé, et autre par comparaison avec des procédés de synthèse chimique classiques.

一种基于低共熔溶剂的脂氨基酸类化合物的制备方法,属于有机合成领域。以脂肪酸、氨基酸为底物,以低共熔溶剂为介质,在脂肪酶CALB的催化作用下直接高效制得单链型脂氨基酸类表面活性剂;或者,以Amano脂肪酶M作为催化剂,高效催化含多个氨基的氨基酸与脂肪酸反应制得Gemini型氨基酸。所述方法无需经过氨基酸的保护以及脱保护,不涉及常用的脂肪酰氯,相对于传统化学合成法具有绿色、安全、选择性高、产率高等优势。
