Provided is a fully enclosed cell incubation system. The fully enclosed cell incubation system at least comprises the following parts: an incubator, an incubation tank, a gas flow assembly, a liquid flow assembly, a temperature adjustment assembly and a central controller. By means of the system of the present invention, a constant-temperature incubation environment is achieved, cells are incubated by means of perfusion, and a fully enclosed integrated process from cell stimulation, infection and amplification to finished product recycling is achieved. By means of axially stirring the cells and an incubation liquid in a tank body, a radial shear force is reduced as far as possible, the cells can be effectively protected, and the cell yield is improved. In the system, gases are separately introduced, it is ensured that the content of each gas component is stable in the incubation process, it can be ensured that cell incubation is not directly affected by changes of outside gases in the cell incubation process, and it is ensured that the content of each gas component is unchanged. The incubation temperature, liquid amount and gas concentration are controlled in the incubation process, the incubation environment is kept stable, manual operation is reduced, cost is reduced, the risk of operational error in the incubation process is reduced, and the incubation efficiency is improved.

L'invention concerne un système d'incubation de cellules entièrement clos. Le système d'incubation de cellules entièrement clos comprend au moins les parties suivantes : un incubateur, un réservoir d'incubation, un ensemble d'écoulement de gaz, un ensemble d'écoulement de liquide, un ensemble de réglage de température et un dispositif de commande central. Au moyen du système de la présente invention, un environnement d'incubation à température constante est obtenu, des cellules sont incubées au moyen d'une perfusion et un processus intégré entièrement clos à partir d'une stimulation cellulaire, d'une infection et d'une amplification à un recyclage de produit fini est obtenu. Au moyen de l'agitation axiale des cellules et d'un liquide d'incubation dans un corps de réservoir, une force de cisaillement radiale est réduite autant que possible, les cellules peuvent être efficacement protégées et le rendement de cellule est amélioré. 本发明提供一种全封闭细胞培养系统,至少包括以下部分:培养箱,培养罐,气流组件,液流组件,调温组件和中央控制器。本发明所述的系统实现恒温培养环境,采用灌流的方式进行细胞培养,实现从细胞激活、感染、扩增到成品回收的全封闭一体化过程。通过在罐体中轴向搅动细胞与培养液,尽量减小径向的剪切力,可有效保护细胞,提高细胞产率。所述的系统分开进气,保证培养过程中各气体组分含量稳定,能够确保细胞培养过程中外界气体变化不会直接对细胞培养造成影响,保证气体各组分含量不变,在培养过程中做到对培养温度、液量及气体浓度的控制,保持培养环境稳定,同时减少人工操作,降低成本,降低培养过程中操作失误的风险,提高培养效率。
