Abstract
(EN) A treatment method for zirconium alloy, comprising performing a surface layer oxidation and removal treatment on a surface layer of zirconium alloy. The surface layer oxidation and removal treatment comprises: performing an oxidation treatment on the surface layer of the zirconium alloy to obtain an oxide surface layer (41), and then removing the oxide surface layer (41) to expose a metal substrate (30). The present invention also comprises a method for fabricating a surface oxide ceramic layer (10) of zirconium alloy and a material for a medical implant.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement pour alliage de zirconium, comprenant la réalisation d'un traitement d'oxydation et d'élimination de couche de surface sur une couche de surface d'alliage de zirconium. Le traitement d'oxydation et d'élimination de couche de surface comprend : la réalisation d'un traitement d'oxydation sur la couche de surface de l'alliage de zirconium pour obtenir une couche de surface d'oxyde (41), puis l'élimination de la couche de surface d'oxyde (41) pour exposer un substrat métallique (30). La présente invention comprend également un procédé de fabrication d'une couche céramique d'oxyde de surface (10) d'alliage de zirconium et d'un matériau pour un implant médical.
