Abstract
(DE) Verfahren und Anlage zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens zum Betreiben einer Anlage, welche ein erstes und ein zweites, auf einer Verfahrebene bewegbares Mobilteil aufweist, wobei am ersten Mobilteil ein Überwachungssensor befestigt ist, welcher für eine erste Anzahl von Schutzfeldern jeweils den Wert des Abstands zwischen dem Überwachungssensor und einem innerhalb des Schutzfeldes zum Überwachungssensor nächstangeordneten Objekts bestimmt, wobei der Antrieb des ersten Mobilteils abhängig von einem Freigabesignal betrieben wird, wobei das Freigabesignal weggenommen wird, wenn alle für die Schutzfelder bestimmten Abstandswerte den Mindestabstand unterschreiten.
(EN) The invention relates to a method and to a system for carrying out a method for operating a system, which has a first and a second mobile part movable on a travel plane, wherein: a monitoring sensor is fastened to the first mobile part, which monitoring sensor determines, for each of a first number of protection zones, the value of the distance between the monitoring sensor and an object arranged closest to the monitoring sensor within the protection zone; the drive of the first mobile part is operated in dependence on an enabling signal; the enabling signal is revoked when all the distance values determined for the protection zones fall below the minimum distance.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé et une installation pour mettre en œuvre un procédé pour faire fonctionner une installation comprenant une première et une deuxième partie mobile déplaçables dans un plan de déplacement. Sur la première partie mobile se trouve un capteur de surveillance qui détermine, pour un premier nombre de champs protecteurs, respectivement la valeur de la distance entre le capteur de surveillance et un objet disposé au plus proche du capteur de surveillance dans le champ protecteur, la commande de la première partie mobile étant exécutée en fonction d’un signal de libération, ce signal de libération étant supprimé lorsque toutes les valeurs de distance déterminées pour les champs protecteurs deviennent inférieures à la distance minimale.
