Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for pre-lithiation of a negative electrode for a secondary battery, for reducing the time required for pre-lithiation and reducing changes in volume of the electrode. The present invention comprises an electrolyte wetting step of immersing a negative electrode for a secondary battery in the electrolyte, and a pre-lithiation step of pre-lithiating the negative electrode, wherein the electrolyte wetting step includes a step of introducing the prepared negative electrode into an electrolyte bath containing the electrolyte, and a vacuum application step of removing bubbles and moisture in the negative electrode by applying a vacuum to the electrolyte bath in which the negative electrode is immersed.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de pré-lithiation d'une électrode négative pour une batterie secondaire, permettant de réduire le temps nécessaire à la pré-lithiation et de réduire les changements de volume de l'électrode. La présente invention comprend une étape d'imprégnation par l'électrolyte consistant à immerger une électrode négative pour une batterie secondaire dans l'électrolyte, et une étape de pré-lithiation consistant à pré-lithier l'électrode négative, l'étape d'imprégnation par l'électrolyte comprenant une étape d'introduction de l'électrode négative préparée dans un bain électrolytique contenant l'électrolyte, et une étape d'application de vide consistant à éliminer les bulles et l'humidité de l'électrode négative par application d'un vide au bain électrolytique dans lequel l'électrode négative est immergée.
(KO) 본 발명은 전리튬화에 소요되는 시간을 줄이고, 전극의 부피 변화를 감소시키기 위한 이차전지용 음극의 전리튬화 방법에 관한 것으로서, 이차전지용 음극을 전해액에 침지시키는 전해액 함침 단계; 및 상기 음극을 전리튬화시키는 전리튬화 단계를 포함하고, 상기 전해액 함침 단계는 상기 제조된 음극을 전해액이 담긴 전해액조에 투입하는 단계; 및 상기 음극이 침지된 상기 전해액조에 진공을 인가하여 음극 내 기포 및 수분을 제거하는 진공 인가 단계를 포함한다.
