Abstract
(EN) A spore-forming cell comprising a first nucleotide sequence encoding a riboswitch and a transcriptional activator, wherein the riboswitch modulates translation of the transcriptional activator in response to a First inducer, and a second nucleotide sequence encoding a target gene that regulates spore formation, wherein the target gene is expressed in response to a second inducer and translation of the transcriptional activator. Also provided is a method of culturing a spore-forming cell and a method of creating a spore, as well as uses of spore-forming cells and spores.
(FR) Une cellule de formation de spores comprend une première séquence nucléotidique codant pour un riborégulateur et un activateur transcriptionnel, le riborégulateur modulant la traduction de l'activateur transcriptionnel en réponse à un premier inducteur, et une seconde séquence nucléotidique codant pour un gène cible qui régule la formation de spores, le gène cible étant exprimé en réponse à un second inducteur et à une traduction de l'activateur transcriptionnel. L'invention concerne également un procédé de culture d'une cellule de formation de spores et un procédé de création d'une spore, ainsi que des utilisations de cellules de formation de spores et de spores.
