Abstract

Systems and methods of in vivo hydroxyal radical protein foot-printing are presented. These teachings may be used to, for example, study three-dimensional protein structure or bio-kinetics. Radical Dosimetry including an optional intrinsic standard is used on isolated intact cells. Real-time feedback based on an internal standard provides comparability between different experiments and in vivo analysis results in data that is representative of actual biological conditions.

L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés d'empreinte protéique par radical hydroxyle in vivo . Ces enseignements peuvent être utilisés, par exemple, dans l'étude d'une structure protéique tridimensionnelle ou d'une biocinétique. La dosimétrie radicalaire comprenant une norme intrinsèque optionnelle est utilisée sur des cellules intactes isolées. Une rétroaction en temps réel basée sur une norme interne fournit une comparabilité entre différentes expériences et une analyse in vivo conduit à des données qui sont représentatives de conditions biologiques réelles.
