The present disclosure relates to a new breed of high performance compressors and associated vapor compression systems that can be used in wide ranging refrigeration, cooling and heating applications with significantly increased compressor isentropic efficiency, motor efficiency, reliability and longevity of the motor, the compressor pump and the system as a whole, as well as COP, heating capacity, and SEER of the new vapor compression systems utilizing the new high performance compressors. The design philosophy and modifications to the current configuration of rolling piston rotary compressor to arrive at the high-performance version of the same type will be readily applicable to other types of vapor compression compressors with only minor changes opening the way for adoption of the new design philosophy by the entire compressor industry resulting in serious reduction of carbon footprint for air conditioners, heat pumps and refrigerators worldwide.

La présente invention concerne un nouveau type de compresseurs à haut rendement et des systèmes de compression de vapeur associés pouvant être utilisés dans un large éventail d'applications de réfrigération, de refroidissement et de chauffage, à l'aide d'une augmentation considérable de l'efficacité isentropique du compresseur, de l'efficacité du moteur, de la fiabilité et de la durée de vie du moteur, de la pompe à compression et du système dans l'ensemble, ainsi que du COP, de la capacité de chauffage et du SEER des nouveaux systèmes de compression de vapeur utilisant les nouveaux compresseurs à haut rendement. La philosophie de conception et les modifications apportées à la configuration actuelle du compresseur rotatif à piston rotatif, afin d'arriver à la version à haut rendement du même type, seront facilement applicables à d'autres types de compresseurs à compression de vapeur à l'aide de peu de changements, ouvrant la voie à l'adoption de la nouvelle philosophie de conception par l'ensemble de l'industrie des compresseurs, entraînant ainsi une réduction importante de l'empreinte carbone pour les climatiseurs, les pompes à chaleur et les réfrigérateurs à l'échelle mondiale.
