Abstract

Methods to enhance the computational localization of cardiac arrhythmia sources are provided. A method may include receiving, from a first user, clinical data associated with a clinical case. The clinical data may include a patient anatomic information, diagnostic and/or treatment modalities, treatment parameters, treatment outcome, and medical literature. The clinical case may be indexed based on a first plurality of characteristics associated with the clinical data. The indexing may include associating at least a portion of the clinical data with a computational simulation of cardiac arrhythmia having a second plurality of characteristics matching the first plurality of characteristics. At least a portion of the clinical data associated with the indexed case may be provided to a second user in response to a query from the user. Related systems and articles of manufacture are also provided.

L'invention concerne des procédés pour améliorer la localisation informatique de sources d'arythmie cardiaque. Un procédé peut consister à recevoir, en provenance d'un premier utilisateur, des données cliniques associées à un cas clinique. Les données cliniques peuvent comprendre des informations anatomiques du patient, des modalités de diagnostic et/ou de traitement, des paramètres de traitement, un résultat de traitement et la littérature médicale. Le cas clinique peut être indexé sur la base d'une première pluralité de caractéristiques associées aux données cliniques. L'indexation peut consister à associer au moins une partie des données cliniques avec une simulation informatique d'arythmie cardiaque comportant une seconde pluralité de caractéristiques correspondant à la première pluralité de caractéristiques. Au moins une partie des données cliniques associées au cas indexé peut être fournie à un second utilisateur en réponse à une interrogation en provenance de l'utilisateur. L'invention concerne également des systèmes et des articles manufacturés associés.
