Abstract

A downhole fluid analysis tool (40) includes a tool body (50), a plurality of arms (42) coupled to the tool body (50) and movable between a retracted position and one or more expanded positions away from a central axis (48) of the tool body (50). The plurality of arms (42) are at an angle with respect to the central axis (48), the angle being different in each of the one or more expanded positions. The tool (40) further includes a plurality of fluid sensors (52) coupled to the plurality of arms (42). A fluid sensor (52) of the plurality of the fluid sensors (52) is movably coupled to an arm (42) of the plurality of arms (42) and configured to pivot across a plurality of angles with respect to the arm (42). The angle of the fluid sensor (52) with respect to the arm is associated with the angle of the arm (42) with respect to the central axis (48) of the tool body (50).
