An electrochemical storage diagnostic system is configured to perform an electrical test to measure cell parameters. The diagnostic system includes a charge management controller, electrically coupled to a power multiplexer, a power converter circuit, and an isolated converter circuit. The charge management controller is programmed with instructions to identify a device under test, selected from at least one member of the plurality of electrochemical cells stacked in series to perform an electrical test. Then, adjust a charge in the secondary energy storage device to a target voltage through the power multiplexer by transferring energy between the secondary energy storage device and a support device, selected from at least one member of the plurality of electrochemical cells in series. After that, transfer electrical power through the power multiplexer and power converter circuit to the device under test in order to perform the electrical test. Finally, complete the electrical test.

La présente invention concerne un système de diagnostic de stockage électrochimique qui est conçu pour effectuer un test électrique pour mesurer des paramètres de cellules. Le système de diagnostic comprend un contrôleur de gestion de charge, couplé électriquement à un multiplexeur de puissance, un circuit convertisseur de puissance et un circuit convertisseur isolé. Le contrôleur de gestion de charge est programmé avec des instructions pour identifier un dispositif à l'essai, sélectionné parmi au moins un élément de la pluralité de cellules électrochimiques empilées en série pour effectuer un test électrique.
