A gasket for a plate-type gasketed heat exchanger has on its surface at least 1 protrusion (1A) and at least 1 catch (1 B), which enable the assembly of the gasket (1) to the heating plate (2) along the axis of heating plate manufacturing/pressing, with a press-in method (each protrusion 1A is pressed into the corresponding cutout 2A in the heating plate) and perpendicular to the axis of heating plate manufacturing/pressing, with a catch-on method (each catch 1B catches on the corresponding fragment of the profiled edge 2B of the heating plate).

L'invention concerne un joint d'étanchéité destiné à un échangeur de chaleur à plaques doté d'un joint d'étanchéité. Le joint d'étanchéité comporte sur sa surface au moins une saillie (1A) et au moins un cliquet (1B) permettant l'assemblage du joint d'étanchéité (1) à la plaque chauffante (2) le long de l'axe de fabrication/pressage de la plaque chauffante, à l'aide d'un procédé d'introduction à pression (chaque saillie (1A) est introduite à pression dans une entaille (2A) correspondante dans la plaque chauffante), et perpendiculaire à l'axe de fabrication/pressage de la plaque chauffante, à l'aide d'un procédé d'encliquetage (chaque cliquet (1B) s'accroche sur le fragment correspondant du bord profilé (2B) de la plaque chauffante).
