The disclosure relates to a communication method and a system therefor, wherein the method converges IoT technology and a 5G communication system for supporting a high data transmission rate beyond that of a 4G system. The disclosure may be applied to intelligent services (e.g. a smart home, a smart building, a smart city, a smart car or connected car, health care, digital education, retail business, and security and safety-related service) on the basis of 5G communication technology and IoT-related technology. The disclosure relates to a method by a terminal in a wireless communication system, including receiving, from a base station, logical channel configuration information including first information on an allowed configured grant for each of at least one logical channel and second information on a priority for each of the at least one logical channel, identifying that an uplink grant for a first configured grant and an uplink grant for a second configured grant are overlapped, and transmitting, to the base station, the first configured grant having a priority that is higher than a priority of the second configured grant, based on the first information and the second information.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système associé, le procédé fait converger une technologie de l'IdO et un système de communication 5G afin de prendre en charge un haut débit de transmission de données au-delà de celui d’un système 4G. La présente invention peut être appliquée à des services intelligents (par ex. une maison intelligente, un bâtiment intelligent, une ville intelligente, une voiture intelligente ou une voiture connectée, des soins de santé, l'éducation numérique, le commerce de détail, un service associé à la sûreté et à la sécurité) sur la base de la technologie de communication 5G et de la technologie associée à l'IdO. L'invention concerne un procédé par un terminal dans un système de communication sans fil, consistant : à recevoir, à partir d'une station de base, des informations de configuration de canal logique comprenant des premières informations sur une autorisation configurée autorisée pour chacun d'au moins un canal logique et des secondes informations sur une priorité pour chacun dudit canal logique, à identifier qu'une autorisation de liaison montante pour une première autorisation configurée et une autorisation de liaison montante pour une seconde autorisation configurée sont chevauchées, et à transmettre, à la station de base, la première autorisation configurée ayant une priorité qui est supérieure à une priorité de la seconde autorisation configurée, sur la base des premières informations et des secondes informations.
