A method for decoding video data according to an embodiment of the present specification comprises the steps of: configuring a block vector candidate list for a current block, to which an IBC prediction mode referring to another block in a current picture is applied; and generating a prediction sample for the current block on the basis of a block vector included in the block vector candidate list, wherein the step of configuring the block vector candidate list comprises the steps of: configuring a block vector candidate list from a spatial neighboring block to which the IBC prediction mode is applied; and changing the block vector candidate list on the basis of history-based motion vector prediction (HMVP) candidates to which the IBC prediction mode is applied, if the current number of candidates in the block vector candidate list is fewer than the maximum number of candidates.

L'invention concerne, selon un mode de réalisation, un procédé de décodage de données vidéo comprenant les étapes consistant : à configurer une liste de candidats de vecteurs de bloc pour un bloc courant, auquel un mode de prédiction IBC se référant à un autre bloc dans une image courante est appliqué ; et à générer un échantillon de prédiction pour le bloc courant sur la base d'un vecteur de bloc inclus dans la liste de candidats de vecteurs de bloc, l'étape de configuration de la liste de candidats de vecteurs de bloc comprenant les étapes consistant : à configurer une liste de candidats de vecteurs de bloc à partir d'un bloc voisin spatial auquel le mode de prédiction IBC est appliqué ; et à modifier la liste de candidats de vecteurs de bloc sur la base de candidats de prédiction de vecteurs de mouvement basée sur l'historique (HMVP) auxquels le mode de prédiction IBC est appliqué, si le nombre actuel de candidats dans la liste de candidats de vecteurs de blocs est inférieur au nombre maximal de candidats.

본 명세서의 실시예에 따른 비디오 데이터를 디코딩하기 위한 방법은, 현재 픽처 내 다른 블록을 참조하는 IBC 예측 모드가 적용된 현재 블록에 대한 블록 벡터 후보 리스트를 구성하는 단계와, 상기 블록 벡터 후보 리스트에 포함된 블록 벡터에 기반하여 상기 현재 블록에 대한 예측 샘플을 생성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 블록 벡터 후보 리스트를 구성하는 단계는, 상기 IBC 예측 모드가 적용된 공간적 주변 블록으로부터 블록 벡터 후보 리스트를 구성하는 단계와, 상기 블록 벡터 후보 리스트의 현재 후보 개수가 최대 후보 개수보다 작으면, 상기 IBC 예측 모드가 적용된 HMVP(history-based motion vector prediction) 후보에 기반하여 상기 블록 벡터 후보 리스트를 변경하는 단계를 포함한다.
