The present application provides a method for encoding motion vector information, including: determining, for a current block, one or more combinations of motion vector predictions and motion vector resolutions, based on a correspondence between motion vector resolutions in an MVR (motion vector resolution) list and motion vector predictions in a history-based motion vector prediction list; determining a combination of a motion vector resolution and a motion vector prediction for the current block from the determined one or more combinations; determining, for the current block, a prediction vector difference based on the motion vector prediction and the motion vector information of the current block; and encoding, into a bitstream, at least the final motion vector resolution information indicating the motion vector resolution and the motion vector prediction and motion vector difference information indicating the prediction vector difference.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de codage d'informations de vecteur de mouvement, consistant à : déterminer, pour un bloc courant, une ou plusieurs combinaisons de prédictions de vecteur de mouvement et de résolutions de vecteur de mouvement, sur la base d'une correspondance entre des résolutions de vecteur de mouvement d'une liste de MVR (résolution de vecteur de mouvement) et des prédictions de vecteur de mouvement d'une liste de prédictions de vecteur de mouvement basée sur un historique ; déterminer une combinaison d'une résolution de vecteur de mouvement et d'une prédiction de vecteur de mouvement du bloc courant à partir de la ou des combinaisons déterminées ; déterminer, pour le bloc courant, une différence de vecteur de prédiction sur la base de la prédiction de vecteur de mouvement et des informations de vecteur de mouvement du bloc courant ; et coder, en un flux binaire, au moins les informations de résolution de vecteur de mouvement finales indiquant la résolution de vecteur de mouvement et la prédiction de vecteur de mouvement et les informations de différence de vecteur de mouvement indiquant la différence de vecteur de prédiction.
