The present application relates to a photo-functional pattern structure, an authentication device comprising same, and a method of manufacturing same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the photo-functional pattern structure comprises two or more structure bodies including a diffraction pattern capable of reflecting or transmitting an incoming incident light in a particular form, wherein the two or more structure bodies include a first structure body including a first diffraction pattern, and a second structure body including a second diffraction pattern. In particular, the incoming incident light transmitted through the first structure body, by the first diffraction pattern, is incident on a particular region of the second diffraction pattern, and the second diffraction pattern is provided with a plurality of regions having different diffraction patterns, such that the light, which reaches the different regions, may be reflected or transmitted to show different shapes depending on the locations thus reached.

La présente invention se rapporte à une structure de motif photofonctionnel, à un dispositif d'authentification le comprenant et à son procédé de fabrication. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, la structure de motif photofonctionnel comprend au moins deux corps de structure comprenant un motif de diffraction qui peut réfléchir ou transmettre une lumière incidente entrante dans une forme particulière, les deux, ou plus, corps de structure comprenant un premier corps de structure comprenant un premier motif de diffraction et un second corps de structure comprenant un second motif de diffraction. En particulier, la lumière incidente entrante transmise à travers le premier corps de structure, par le premier motif de diffraction, est incidente sur une région particulière du second motif de diffraction et le second motif de diffraction est pourvu d'une pluralité de régions ayant des motifs de diffraction différents de telle sorte que la lumière, qui atteint les différentes régions, puisse être réfléchie ou transmise pour présenter différentes formes en fonction des emplacements ainsi atteints.

본 명세서는 광기능성 패턴 구조물, 이를 포함하는 진위 판별 장치 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광기능성 패턴 구조물은 외부로부터 입사되는 광을 특정 형상으로 반사 또는 투과시킬 수 있는 회절 패턴을 포함하는 둘 이상의 구조체를 포함하고, 상기 둘 이상의 구조체는 제1 회절 패턴을 포함하는 제1 구조체; 및 제2 회절 패턴을 포함하는 제2 구조체를 포함하고, 상기 제1 구조체를 투과한 상기 외부로부터 입사되는 광은 상기 제1 회절 패턴에 의해서 상기 제2 회절 패턴의 특정 영역으로 입사하며, 상기 제2 회절 패턴은 서로 다른 회절 패턴을 가지는 복수개 영역으로 마련되어 서로 다른 영역에 도달하는 상기 광은 도달하는 위치에 따라 상이한 형상을 반사 또는 투과하여 나타낼 수 있다.
