The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing antibacterial fibrous fabric using nano-silver powder and antibacterial fibrous fabric manufactured by the method. More specifically, the method for manufacturing antibacterial fibrous fabric using nano-silver powder comprises the steps of: preparing fibrous fabric by unfolding same on an aluminum panel; applying nano-silver powder onto the prepared fibrous fabric; brushing the fibrous fabric with the nano-silver powder applied thereon so that the nano-silver powder permeates into gaps between threads constituting the fibrous fabric, gaps between fibers constituting the threads, or both; laminating an aluminum panel on the upper surface of the fibrous fabric into which the nano-silver powder permeates; and applying, to the aluminum panel laminated on the upper surface of the fibrous fabric, heat of 180-250 °C and a pressure of 3-150 bar, and then cooling same to 0-20 °C so that the nano-silver powder is fixed inside the fibrous fabric. The method for manufacturing antibacterial fibrous fabric according to the present invention and the antibacterial fibrous fabric manufactured by the method have advantages of a potent antibacterial effect and excellent fastness. Also, there are advantages in that the tactility of fabric is not affected and manufacturing costs are low.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un tissu fibreux antibactérien faisant intervenir une poudre de nano-argent et un tissu fibreux antibactérien fabriqué par le procédé. Plus précisément, le procédé de fabrication de tissu fibreux antibactérien faisant intervenir une poudre de nano-argent comprend les étapes suivantes consistant : à préparer un tissu fibreux par son dépliage sur un panneau d'aluminium; à appliquer une poudre de nano-argent sur le tissu fibreux préparé; à brosser le tissu fibreux, la poudre de nano-argent étant appliquée sur ce dernier de sorte que la poudre de nano-argent pénètre dans des espaces présents entre des fils constituant le tissu fibreux, des espaces présents entre des fibres constituant les fils, ou les deux; à stratifier un panneau d'aluminium sur la surface supérieure du tissu fibreux dans lequel pénètre la poudre de nano-argent; et à appliquer, sur le panneau d'aluminium stratifié sur la surface supérieure du tissu fibreux, une chaleur comprise entre 180 et 250 °C et une pression comprise entre 3 et 150 bars, puis à le refroidir de 0 à 20 °C de sorte que la poudre de nano-argent soit fixée à l'intérieur du tissu fibreux. Le procédé de fabrication de tissu fibreux antibactérien, selon la présente invention, et le tissu fibreux antibactérien fabriqué par le procédé ont l'avantage de présenter un puissant effet antibactérien et une excellente solidité. D'autre part, avantageusement, la tactilité du tissu n'est pas affectée et que les coûts de fabrication sont faibles.

본 발명은 은나노 분말을 이용한 항균 섬유원단의 제조방법 및 그 방법에 의한 항균 섬유원단에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 은나노 분말을 이용한 항균 섬유원단의 제조방법은, 섬유원단을 알루미늄 패널 상에 펼쳐 준비하는 단계와, 상기 준비된 섬유원단에 은나노 분말을 도포하는 단계와, 상기 은나노 분말이 도포된 섬유원단을 브러싱하여 상기 은나노 분말이 상기 섬유원단을 구성하는 원사 간의 틈새, 원사를 구성하는 섬유 간의 틈새 또는 이들 모두로 침투하도록 하는 단계와, 상기 은나노 분말이 침투된 섬유원단의 상면에 알루미늄 패널을 적층하는 단계와, 상기 섬유원단의 상면에 적층된 알루미늄 패널에 180~250℃의 열과 3~150bar의 압력을 가한 후, 이를 0~20℃로 냉각하여 상기 은나노 분말이 상기 섬유원단 내에 고착되도록 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 항균 섬유원단의 제조방법 및 그 방법에 의한 항균 섬유원단은, 항균효과가 크고, 견뢰도가 우수하다는 장점이 있다. 또한, 원단의 촉감에 영향을 주지 않으며, 제조비용이 저렴하다는 장점이 있다.
