Abstract

A method for decoding a video performed by a decoding device according to the present document comprises: a step for receiving residual information for a current block; a step for parsing one sign flag for a current sub-block of the current block, wherein the one sign flag indicates whether all signs of non-zero residual coefficients of the current sub-block are the same; a step for deriving the non-zero residual coefficients on the basis of sign information for the non-zero residual coefficients when the value of the one sign flag is 1; a step for deriving residual samples on the basis of the non-zero residual coefficients; and a step for restoring a current picture on the basis of the residual samples.

Un procédé de décodage d'une vidéo effectué par un dispositif de décodage selon la présente invention comprend : une étape consistant à recevoir des informations résiduelles pour un bloc actuel ; une étape consistant à effectuer une analyse syntaxique d'un drapeau de signe pour un sous-bloc actuel du bloc actuel, le drapeau de signe indiquant si tous les signes de coefficients résiduels non nuls du sous-bloc actuel sont les mêmes ; une étape consistant à dériver les coefficients résiduels non nuls en fonction d'informations de signe pour les coefficients résiduels non nuls lorsque la valeur du drapeau de signe est 1 ; une étape consistant à dériver des échantillons résiduels en fonction des coefficients résiduels non nuls ; et une étape consistant à restaurer une image actuelle en fonction des échantillons résiduels.

본 문서에 따른 디코딩 장치에 의하여 수행되는 영상 디코딩 방법은 현재 블록에 대한 레지듀얼 정보를 수신하는 단계, 상기 현재 블록의 현재 서브 블록에 대한 원 사인 플래그를 파싱하되, 상기 원 사인 플래그는 상기 현재 서브 블록의 논-제로 레지듀얼 계수들의 부호가 모두 동일한지 여부를 나타내는 단계, 상기 원 사인 플래그의 값이 1인 경우, 상기 논-제로 레지듀얼 계수들에 대한 부호 정보를 기반으로 상기 논-제로 레지듀얼 계수들을 도출하는 단계, 상기 논-제로 레지듀얼 계수들을 기반으로 레지듀얼 샘플들을 도출하는 단계 및 상기 레지듀얼 샘플들을 기반으로 현재 픽처를 복원하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
