A method for processing a video signal and an apparatus therefor are disclosed in the present invention. Specifically, a method for processing a video signal on the basis of inter prediction comprises the steps of: deriving a motion vector predictor on the basis of motion information of a neighboring block of a current block; deriving a motion vector difference of the current block on the basis of layer information and index information; deriving a motion vector of the current block on the basis of the motion vector predictor and the motion vector difference; generating a prediction block of the current block on the basis of the motion vector of the current block; and generating a reconstruction block of the current block on the basis of a residual block of the prediction block and the current block, wherein the layer information may comprise at least one syntax element indicating a layer group to which the current layer belongs.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'un signal vidéo et un appareil associé. Spécifiquement, un procédé de traitement d’un signal vidéo sur la base d’une inter-prédiction comprend les étapes consistant à : déduire un prédicteur de vecteur de mouvement sur la base d’informations de mouvement d’un bloc voisin d’un bloc actuel ; déduire une différence de vecteur de mouvement du bloc actuel sur la base d’informations de couche et d’informations d’indice ; déduire un vecteur de mouvement du bloc actuel sur la base du prédicteur de vecteur de mouvement et de la différence de vecteur de mouvement ; générer un bloc de prédiction du bloc actuel sur la base du vecteur de mouvement du bloc actuel ; et générer un bloc de reconstruction du bloc actuel sur la base d’un bloc résiduel du bloc de prédiction et du bloc actuel, dans lequel les informations de couche peuvent comprendre au moins un élément de syntaxe indiquant un groupe de couches auquel la couche actuelle fait partie.

본 발명에서는 비디오 신호를 처리하는 방법 및 이를 위한 장치가 개시된다. 구체적으로, 인터 예측을 기반으로 비디오 신호를 처리하는 방법에 있어서, 현재 블록의 이웃 블록의 모션 정보에 기초하여 모션 벡터 예측자(motion vector predictor)를 유도하는 단계; 레이어 정보(layer information) 및 인덱스 정보(index information)에 기초하여 상기 현재 블록의 모션 벡터 차분(motion vector difference)을 유도하는 단계; 상기 모션 벡터 예측자 및 상기 모션 벡터 차분에 기초하여 상기 현재 블록의 모션 벡터를 유도하는 단계; 상기 현재 블록의 모션 벡터에 기초하여 상기 현재 블록의 예측 블록을 생성하는 단계; 및 상기 예측 블록 및 상기 현재 블록의 잔차 블록에 기초하여 상기 현재 블록의 복원 블록을 생성하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 레이어 정보는 상기 현재 레이어가 속한 레이어 그룹을 지시하는 적어도 하나의 신택스 요소를 포함할 수 있다.
