The present invention discloses a system for preventing spontaneous combustion in an indoor coal stacking shed. The disclosed system for preventing spontaneous combustion in an indoor coal stacking shed comprises: an indoor coal stacking shed in which a coal pile is loaded; and an inert gas injection device for injecting inert gas into air gaps of the coal pile from the bottom of the indoor coal stacking shed and replacing the air in the coal pile with the inert gas, and therefore, by installing an injection device for nitrogen gas (N2), which is an inert gas, in the indoor coal stacking shed and supplying the inert gas in a specific cycle to suppress the internal and surface temperature rise of the stacked coal, it is possible to prevent spontaneous combustion caused by the temperature rise while moisture and oil components of the stacked coal react with oxygen in the air.

La présente invention concerne un système destiné à empêcher une combustion spontanée dans un réservoir intérieur d'empilement de charbon. Selon l'invention, le système destiné à empêcher une combustion spontanée dans un réservoir intérieur d'empilement de charbon comprend : un réservoir intérieur d'empilement de charbon, dans lequel une pile de charbon est chargée ; et un dispositif d'injection de gaz inerte, destiné à injecter un gaz inerte dans des entrefers de la pile de charbon à partir du fond du réservoir intérieur d'empilement de charbon et à remplacer l'air dans la pile de charbon par le gaz inerte. Par conséquent, en installant un dispositif d'injection destiné à de l'azote gazeux (N2), qui est un gaz inerte, dans le réservoir intérieur d'empilement de charbon et en alimentant le gaz inerte dans un cycle spécifique en vue de supprimer l'élévation de température interne et de surface du charbon empilé, il est possible d'empêcher une combustion spontanée provoquée par l'élévation de la température lorsque l'humidité et les constituants huileux du charbon empilé réagissent avec l'oxygène de l'air.

본 발명은 옥내 저탄장 자연발화 방지시스템을 개시한다. 개시된 옥내 저탄장 자연발화 방지시스템은 석탄더미가 적재되는 옥내저탄장과, 옥내저탄장의 바닥에서 석탄더미의 공극으로 비활성가스를 분사하여 석탄더미의 공기를 비활성 가스로 치환하는 비활성 가스 분사장치를 포함하므로, 옥내저탄장에 비활성 가스인 질소가스(N2) 분사장치를 설치하고, 특정 주기로 비활성가스를 공급하여 저탄의 내부 및 표면 온도상승을 억제함으로써, 저탄의 수분 및 오일 성분이 공기 중의 산소와 반응하면서 온도상승으로 인한 자연발화를 방지할 수 있다.
