The present invention relates to a detonator ignition device and, particularly, to a detonator ignition device in which an electric discharge electrode required for an explosion is printed on a portion of a PCB substrate or formed as a terminal. Also, the detonator ignition device of the present invention is a detonator ignition device in which ignition or an electric discharge operation is performed using the Zener effect of a semiconductor having a PN junction structure so that the detonator ignition device is given a safe and precise electric discharge function.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'allumage de détonateur et, en particulier, un dispositif d'allumage de détonateur dans lequel une électrode de décharge électrique requise pour une explosion est imprimée sur une partie d'un substrat de carte de circuit imprimé ou formée en tant que borne. En outre, le dispositif d'allumage de détonateur selon la présente invention est un dispositif d'allumage de détonateur dans lequel l'allumage ou une opération de décharge électrique est effectué au moyen de l'effet Zener d'un semi-conducteur ayant une structure à jonction PN de telle sorte que le dispositif d'allumage de détonateur est doté d'une fonction de décharge électrique sûre et précise.

본 발명은 뇌관 기폭장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 발파에 필요한 방전 전극이 PCB기판 일부분에 인쇄 또는 단자로 형성된 뇌관 기폭장치에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명의 뇌관 기폭장치는 안전하고 정확한 방전 기능을 갖도록 PN접합 구조를 가진 반도체의 제너효과를 이용한 점화 또는 방전 작동으로 있는 뇌관 기폭장치이다.
