The present invention relates to a system for guiding pad attachment of an automated external defibrillator and a method for guiding pad attachment, the system comprising: a central processing micro-controller that controls the automated external defibrillator and analyzes an electrocardiogram; a distributor for distributing an electric wire connected to an electrode pad to an electronic relay for a device for guiding an electrode pad and an electronic relay for the electrode pad; the electronic relay for the device for guiding the electrode pad that controls a high voltage applied to the micro-controller and controls a connection between the micro-controller and the device for guiding the electrode pad; the electronic relay for the electrode pad that controls electrocardiogram amplification and impedance measurement circuits and a high voltage control circuit; screen output and voice output units that output information transmitted from the automated external defibrillator on a screen or as a voice, wherein the electrode pads are configured to be attached to a patient's body in order to analyze the patient's electrocardiogram or to deliver an electric shock with the automated external defibrillator, and are composed of: a device for guiding an electrode pad provided on each of an RA electrode pad and an LL electrode pad that constitute the electrode pads; and in the device for guiding the electrode pad, a micro-controller for the device for guiding the electrode pad, an LED, a vibration sensor, and an attachment detection sensor, wherein the micro-controller for the device for guiding the electrode pad controls the LED for guiding the electrode pad attachment, the vibration sensor, and the attachment detection sensor, and wherein the automated external defibrillator and the electrode pads are connected by means of electric wires for the electrode pads, the electric wires for the electrode pads being divided into a high voltage/electrocardiogram signal wire and an electrode pad guide signal wire. The present invention allows ordinary people unfamiliar with using automated external defibrillators to easily use the same.

La présente invention concerne un système de guidage de fixation de plaque d'un défibrillateur externe automatisé et un procédé de guidage de fixation de plaque d'électrode, le système comprenant : un microcontrôleur de traitement central qui commande le défibrillateur externe automatisé et analyse un électrocardiogramme ; un distributeur pour distribuer un fil électrique connecté à une plaque d'électrode à un relais électronique pour un dispositif de guidage d'une plaque d'électrode et un relais électronique pour la plaque d'électrode ; le relais électronique pour le dispositif de guidage de la plaque d'électrode qui commande une haute tension appliquée au microcontrôleur et commande une connexion entre le microcontrôleur et le dispositif de guidage de l'électrode ; le relais électronique pour la plaque d'électrode qui commande les circuits d'amplification de l'électrocardiogramme et de mesure de l'impédance et un circuit de commande de haute tension ; des unités de sortie d'écran et de sortie vocale qui émettent des informations transmises par le défibrillateur externe automatisé sur un écran ou sous forme de voix, les plaques d'électrode étant configurées pour être fixées au corps d'un patient afin d'analyser l'électrocardiogramme du patient ou d'administrer un choc électrique avec le défibrillateur externe automatisé, et étant composées : d'un dispositif de guidage de plaque d'électrode prévu sur une plaque d'électrode RA et une plaque d'électrode LL qui constituent les plaques d'électrode ; et dans le dispositif de guidage de plaque d'électrode, un microcontrôleur pour le dispositif de guidage de plaque d'électrode, une DEL, un capteur de vibrations et un capteur de détection de fixation, le microcontrôleur pour le dispositif de guidage de plaque d'électrode commandant la DEL pour guider la fixation de la plaque d'électrode, le capteur de vibrations et le capteur de détection de fixation, le défibrillateur externe automatisé et les plaques d'électrode étant connectés au moyen de fils électriques pour les plaque d'électrode, les fils électriques pour les plaques d'électrode étant divisés en un fil de signal haute tension/d'électrocardiogramme et un fil de signal de guidage d'électrode. La présente invention permet à des personnes ordinaires qui ne sont pas habituées aux défibrillateurs externes automatisés de les utiliser facilement.

본 발명은 자동심장충격기를 제어하고 심전도를 분석하는 중앙 처리하는 마이크로 컨트롤러와, 전극패드와 연결된 전선을 전극패드 안내장치용 전자계전기와 전극패드 전자계전기로 분배하는 분배기와, 상기 마이크로 컨트롤러에 인가되는 고전압 제어 및 마이크로 컨트롤러와 전극패드 안내장치의 연결을 제어하는 전극패드 안내장치용 전자계전기와, 심전도 증폭 및 임피던스 측정회로 및 고전압 제어회로를 제어하는 전극패드 전자계전기와, 자동심장충격기에서 전달되는 정보를 화면 및 음성으로 나타내는 화면출력부 및 음성 출력부를 포함하며, 전극패드는 자동심장충격기에서 환자의 심전도를 분석하거나 전기 충격을 주기 위해서 환자의 몸에 부착하는 구성으로 이루어지되 상기 전극패드를 구성하는 RA 전극패드 및 LL 전극패드에 각각 구비되는 전극패드 안내장치와, 상기 전극패드 안내장치에 전극패드 안내장치용 마이크로 컨트롤러, LED, 진동센서, 부착감지센서가 구성되고, 상기 전극패드 안내장치용 마이크로 컨트롤러는 전극패드 부착을 안내하기 위한 LED, 진동센서, 부착감지센서를 제어하며, 자동심장충격기와 전극패드는 전극패드 전선으로 연결하되 전극패드 전선은 고전압/심전도 신호 전선과 전극패드 안내 신호선으로 구분되어지는 자동심장충격기의 패드 부착 안내시스템 및 그 부착 안내방법에 의해 자동심장축격기의 사용에 익숙하지 않은 일반인도 쉽게 사용이 가능하도록 한 것이다.
