Abstract

The present invention provides a device that implements a closed loop autonomous system and method for data extraction and data analytics of machine data acquired from one or more machines. The device extracts machine data including raw machine data from one or more machines, and autonomously employs one or more data analytics techniques on the machine data for predicting one or more future actions, including corrective measures, to be employed by the machine. The predicted future actions depend on the operation and condition of the machine, and machine parts, or quality of products or machine's surrounding environment. The device also monitors and ensures execution of the future action within a safe time period for further ensuring satisfactory results by the machines, failing which the device executes the closed loop method to determine a next possible future action to be implemented at the machines.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif qui met en œuvre un système autonome en boucle fermée et un procédé d'extraction de données et d'analyse de données de données de machine acquises à partir d'au moins une machine. Le dispositif extrait des données de machine comprenant des données de machine brutes provenant d'au moins une machine, et utilise de manière autonome au moins une technique sur les données de machine afin de prédire au moins une action future, comprenant des mesures correctives, à utiliser par la machine. Les actions futures prédites dépendent du fonctionnement et de l'état de la machine, et des parties de machine, ou de la qualité des produits ou de l'environnement environnant de la machine. Le dispositif surveille également et assure l'exécution de l'action future dans une période de temps sûre afin de garantir en outre des résultats satisfaisants par les machines, faute de quoi le dispositif exécute le procédé en boucle fermée afin de déterminer une prochaine action future possible à mettre en œuvre au niveau des machines.
