Abstract
(EN)
A roller crushing machine for progressively crushing solid particulate material into finer size particulates is disclosed. It has a plurality of spaced-apart crushing stages arranged so that, a flow path of particulates travels consecutively from one crushing stage to the next, in between the outer peripheral surfaces of the rollers, which are adjustably displaceable from each other by a lateral distance not greater than a desired maximum particulate size from that crushing stage. When a flow of solid particulate material passes between each of the pairs of rollers, the predetermined lateral distance encountered by the flow path can be controlled to be of a dimension which is sufficiently operably narrow to only apply a sufficient compression breakage force to just the topsize of the particulates at that size range of preselected solid particulate material, and a mono-layer flow of particles passing therethrough, to minimize energy consumption in that stage.

L'invention concerne une machine de broyage à rouleaux pour broyer progressivement un matériau particulaire solide en particules de taille plus fine. Elle possède une pluralité d'étages de broyage espacés agencés de telle sorte qu'un trajet d'écoulement de particules se déplace consécutivement d'un étage de broyage à l'autre, entre les surfaces périphériques externes des rouleaux, qui peuvent être déplacées de manière réglable l'une par rapport à l'autre selon une distance latérale qui n'est pas supérieure à une taille particulaire maximale souhaitée à partir de cet étage de broyage. Lorsqu'un flux de matériau particulaire solide passe entre chacune des paires de rouleaux, la distance latérale prédéterminée rencontrée par le trajet d'écoulement peut être commandée de façon à être d'une dimension qui est suffisamment étroite de manière fonctionnelle pour appliquer uniquement une force de rupture de compression suffisante à juste la taille supérieure des particules à cette plage de taille de matériau particulaire solide présélectionné et à un flux monocouche de particules le traversant, afin de minimiser la consommation d'énergie dans cet étage.
