Um eine Steuerungsvorrichtung (100) zum Steuern von unbemannten und/oder bemannten und/oder virtuellen Flugobjekten (10) derart weiter zu verbessern, dass die Steuerung einfacher zu handhaben und auch von ungeübten Personen intuitiv und schneller erlernbar ist, weist die Steuerungsvorrichtung (100) ein erstes Bedienelement (15) zur Steuerung einer Bewegung um eine Hochachse (11), eine Längsachse (12) und eine Querachse (13) des Flugobjekts (10) auf, wobei eine Drehbewegung und/oder Schwenkbewegung des ersten Bedienelements (15) um dessen Hochachse (11), dessen Längsachse (12) und dessen Querachse (13) die Bewegung des Flugobjekts (10) um dessen Hochachse (11), Längsachse (12) und Querachse (13) bewirkt, und wobei die Steuerungsvorrichtung (100) ferner ein zweites Bedienelement (16) zur Veränderung einer Flughöhe (14) und/oder einer Geschwindigkeit und/oder eines Schubs des Flugobjekts (10) aufweist.
