A computer-implemented method for evaluating the energy consumption in an industrial plant, comprising:at a plurality of time instants, capturing with a plurality of sensors, sensor data from at least one level of the industrial plant, wherein said plurality of sensors comprises energy measuring sensors; from said sensor data, digitally obtaining a plurality of energy consumption curves xj, an energy consumption curve representing, along a certain time period T, discrete values of energy consumption corresponding to time intervals Δt into which said time period T is divided; from said energy consumption curves xj, applying a clustering algorithm for digitally computing a plurality of K energy consumption patterns Ck, wherein each energy consumption pattern Ck represents a set of energy consumption curves x j grouped together according to a similarity metric, wherein each energy consumption pattern Ck comprises discrete values of energy consumption corresponding to said time intervals Δt into which said time period T is divided; capturing data of the production achieved during said time period T at said at least one level of the industrial plant; calculating, for each energy consumption curve belonging to each pattern, the aggregated sum of the discrete values of energy consumption during said time period T, thus obtaining the aggregated energy consumption for each energy consumption curve during said time period T; digitally establishing a relationship between aggregated energy consumption for each energy consumption curve during said time period T and said captured data of production.

L'invention concerne un procédé mis en œuvre par ordinateur destiné à évaluer la consommation d'énergie dans une installation industrielle, consistant : à une pluralité d'instants, à capturer, au moyen d'une pluralité de capteurs, des données de capteur à partir d'au moins un niveau de l'installation industrielle, ladite pluralité de capteurs comprenant des capteurs de mesure d'énergie ; à partir desdites données de capteur, à obtenir numériquement une pluralité de courbes de consommation d'énergie xj, une courbe de consommation d'énergie représentant, au cours d'une certaine période de temps T, des valeurs discrètes de consommation d'énergie correspondant à des intervalles de temps Δt selon lesquels ladite période de temps T est divisée ; à partir desdites courbes de consommation d'énergie xj, à appliquer un algorithme de regroupement destiné à calculer numériquement une pluralité de K motifs de consommation d'énergie Ck, chaque motif de consommation d'énergie Ck représentant un ensemble de courbes de consommation d'énergie x j regroupées selon une métrique de similarité, chaque motif de consommation d'énergie Ck comprenant des valeurs discrètes de consommation d'énergie correspondant auxdits intervalles de temps Δt selon lesquels ladite période de temps T est divisée ; à capturer des données de la production obtenue pendant ladite période de temps T audit niveau de l'installation industrielle ; à calculer, pour chaque courbe de consommation d'énergie appartenant à chaque motif, la somme agrégée des valeurs discrètes de consommation d'énergie pendant ladite période de temps T, ce qui permet d'obtenir la consommation d'énergie agrégée pour chaque courbe de consommation d'énergie pendant ladite période de temps T ; à établir numériquement une relation entre la consommation d'énergie agrégée pour chaque courbe de consommation d'énergie pendant ladite période de temps T et lesdites données de production capturées.
