Die Erfindung betrifft eine Entgasungseinheit (10) für ein Elektronikgehäuse, insbesondere für eine Batterie, insbesondere für eine Traktionsbatterie eines Kraftfahrzeugs. Die Entgasungseinheit (10) weist einen fluiddicht mit einem Rand einer Druckausgleichsöffnung des Elektronikgehäuses verbindbaren Grundkörper (1) auf, der zumindest eine Gasdurchtrittsöffnung (15) aufweist, die in einem Normalbetriebszustand der Entgasungseinheit (10) von einer semipermeablen Membran (6) abgedeckt ist. Die semipermeable Membran (6) erlaubt einen Durchtritt von gasförmigen Medien von einer Umgebung in das Elektronikgehäuse und umgekehrt, unterbindet den Durchtritt von flüssigen Medien und/oder Feststoffen jedoch. Die Entgasungseinheit (10) ist in einen Notentgasungszustand überführbar, in dem zumindest eine die Membran (6) umgehende Notentgasungsöffnung (N) freigegeben ist. Die Entgasungseinheit (10) weist zumindest ein Überwachungsmittel (8) auf, das dazu ausgebildet ist zu detektieren, ob sich die Entgasungseinheit (10) im Normalbetriebszustand und/oder im Notentgasungszustand befindet. Ferner werden ein Elektronikgehäuse mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Entgasungseinheit (10) und ein Kraftfahrzeug offenbart.

The invention relates to a degassing unit (10) for an electronics housing, in particular for a battery, in particular for a traction battery of a motor vehicle. The degassing unit (10) comprises a main body (1) which can be connected in a fluid-tight manner with an edge of a pressure compensation opening of the electronics housing, and which has at least one gas through-opening (15) that is covered by a semi-permeable membrane (6) in a normal operating state of the degassing unit (10). The semi-permeable membrane (6) allows for a passage of gaseous media from an environment into the electronics housing, and vice versa, but prevents the passage of liquid media and/or solid matter. The degassing unit (10) can be transferred into an emergency degassing state, in which at least one emergency degassing opening (N) surrounding the membrane (6) is released. The degassing unit (10) comprises at least one monitoring means (8) which is designed to detect whether the degassing unit (10) is in the normal operating state and/or in the emergency degassing state. The invention also relates to an electronics housing comprising a degassing unit (10) according to the invention and to a motor vehicle.

L’invention concerne une unité de dégazage (10) pour un boîtier électronique, en particulier pour une batterie, en particulier pour une batterie de traction d’un véhicule à moteur. L’unité de dégazage (10) présente un corps de base (1) pouvant être relié de manière étanche aux fluides à un bord d’une ouverture d’équilibrage de la pression du boîtier électronique, ledit corps de base comportant au moins un orifice de passage de gaz (15) qui est recouvert par une membrane (6) semi-perméable, dans un état de fonctionnement normal de l’unité de dégazage (10). La membrane semi-perméable (6) permet à des milieux gazeux provenant d’un environnement de pénétrer dans le boîtier électronique et inversement, tout en empêchant le passage de milieux liquides et/ou de solides. L’unité de dégazage (10) peut passer dans un état de dégazage d’urgence, dans lequel au moins un orifice de dégazage d'urgence (N) entourant la membrane (6) est dégagé. L’unité de dégazage (10) comporte au moins un moyen de surveillance (8), conçu de sorte à détecter si l’unité de dégazage (10) se trouve dans l’état de fonctionnement normal et/ou dans l’état de dégazage d’urgence. L’invention concerne par ailleurs un boîtier électronique doté d’une unité de dégazage (10) selon l’invention et un véhicule à moteur.
