Abstract

Disclosed is a computer-implemented method for determining a target position of an X-ray device which encompasses acquiring image data describing an anatomical structure of a patient, for example, by means of a 3D scan, and registering the image data relative to a coordinate system of the patient, for example by means of a navigation system (embodied by registered image data). Furthermore, a trajectory of an implant positioned within the anatomical structure relative to the patient coordinate system is acquired (embodied by trajectory data). A target position of an X-ray device for acquiring an X-ray image of at least part of the implant is determined based on the registered image and the acquired trajectory of the implant (embodied by X-ray device position data).

L'invention concerne un procédé mis en œuvre par ordinateur pour déterminer une position cible d'un dispositif à rayons X qui comprend l'acquisition de données d'image décrivant une structure anatomique d'un patient, par exemple, au moyen d'un balayage 3D, et à enregistrer les données d'image par rapport à un système de coordonnées du patient, par exemple au moyen d'un système de navigation (matérialisé par des données d'image enregistrées). En outre, une trajectoire d'un implant positionné à l'intérieur de la structure anatomique par rapport au système de coordonnées de patient est acquise (matérialisée par des données de trajectoire). Une position cible d'un dispositif à rayons X pour acquérir une image radiographique d'au moins une partie de l'implant est déterminée sur la base de l'image enregistrée et de la trajectoire acquise de l'implant (matérialisée par des données de position de dispositif à rayons X).
