Provided are a LiNi0.69Mn0.23Co0.08O2 compound, a synthesis method therefor, and an application thereof. The compound is a new compound having a layered crystal structure prepared under a new synthesis condition, having a unique shape, a uniform size, and a high tap density, capable of being used as a cathode material for lithium ion batteries, having a high energy density, Coulomb efficiency, and cycle performance, and therefore having an excellent industrial prospect.

L'invention concerne un composé de LiNi0,69Mn0,23Co0,08O2, un procédé de synthèse et une application de celui-ci. Le composé est un nouveau composé à structure cristalline stratifiée, préparé dans de nouvelles conditions de synthèse, présentant une forme unique, une taille uniforme et une densité après tassement élevée, pouvant être utilisé en tant que matériau de cathode pour des batteries lithium-ion, présentant une densité d'énergie, une efficacité de Coulomb et une performance de cycle élevées, et présentant, par conséquent, d'excellentes perspectives industrielles.
