Method, device and apparatus for recognizing a damaged two-dimensional code, and a storage medium. The method comprises: upon detecting that a region of a two-dimensional code has been damaged, a mobile terminal acquiring scanned image information of the two-dimensional code containing the damaged region of the two-dimensional code (S101); after acquiring the scanned image information of the two-dimensional code, the mobile terminal suggesting that a user inputs recognition support information associated with the two-dimensional code, and sending the scanned image information of the two-dimensional code and the recognition support information to a server (S102); and the mobile terminal receiving a two-dimensional code recognition result returned by the server according to the scanned image information of the two-dimensional code and the recognition support information, and performing an operation according to the two-dimensional code recognition result (S103).

Cette invention concerne un procédé, un dispositif et un appareil pour reconnaître un code bidimensionnel endommagé, et un support de stockage. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : lorsqu'il a été détecté qu'une région d'un code bidimensionnel a été endommagée, acquérir, par un terminal mobile, des informations d'image scannée du code bidimensionnel contenant la région endommagée du code bidimensionnel (S101) ; après l'acquisition des informations d'image scannée du code bidimensionnel, suggérer, par le terminal, qu'un utilisateur entre des informations d'aide à la reconnaissance associées au code bidimensionnel, et envoyer les informations d'image scannée du code bidimensionnel et les informations d'aide à la reconnaissance à un serveur (S102) ; et recevoir, par le terminal mobile, un résultat de reconnaissance de code bidimensionnel renvoyé par le serveur en fonction des informations d'image scannée du code bidimensionnel et des informations d'aide à la reconnaissance, et effectuer, par le terminal mobile, une opération en fonction du résultat de reconnaissance de code bidimensionnel (S103).

一种识别损坏二维码的方法、装置、设备以及存储介质。所述方法包括:移动终端检测到所述二维码发生损坏时,获取包含所述二维码损坏区域的二维码扫描图片信息(S101);所述移动终端在获取所述二维码扫描图片信息后,提示用户输入所述二维码的辅助识别信息,并将所述二维码扫描图片信息和所述辅助识别信息发送给服务器(S102);以及所述移动终端接收所述服务器根据所述二维码扫描图片信息和所述辅助识别信息而响应的二维码识别结果,并根据所述二维码识别结果进行操作(S103)。
