Abstract

An internal supporting part structure for a plastic tank comprises a supporting rod (1) and end surface components (2) provided at two ends of the supporting rod. The supporting rod is made of a first material (4). An outer surface of the end surface component is covered by a second material (5). An outer edge (3) of the end surface component has a regular or irregular shape. The structure solves the problem in which a second material enclosing a first material and connected to an inner wall of a plastic tank can separate from the inner wall easily. When a fuel tank receives an impact, the supporting rod of the structure breaks first, thereby protecting a surface of the fuel tank from being damaged.

La présente invention concerne une structure de partie de support interne destinée à un réservoir en plastique et comprenant une tige de support (1) et des composants de surface d'extrémité (2) disposés aux deux extrémités de la tige de support. La tige de support est constituée d'un premier matériau (4). Une surface externe du composant de surface d'extrémité est recouverte par un second matériau (5). Un bord externe (3) du composant de surface d'extrémité présente une forme régulière ou irrégulière. La structure résout le problème selon lequel un second matériau renfermant un premier matériau et raccordé à une paroi interne d'un réservoir en plastique peut être séparé facilement de la paroi interne. Lorsqu'un réservoir de carburant reçoit un impact, la tige de support de la structure casse d'abord, ce qui permet de protéger une surface du réservoir de carburant de tout dommage.

一种塑料箱内部支撑零件结构,包括支撑杆(1)以及设置在支撑杆两端的端面部件(2),支撑杆由材料一(4)制成,端面部件外面由材料二(5)进行包覆,端面部件的外边缘(3)呈规则或不规则形状,该结构解决了第二种材料包裹第一种材料并连接于塑料箱内壁时易拉脱的问题,该结构在油箱发生冲击时,支撑杆首先断裂,不对油箱表面产生破坏。
