A transparent silicone gel capable of dual-curing by using ultraviolet light irradiation and heating, the raw material formula comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-65 parts of component A; 15-35 parts of component B; 5-25 parts of component C; 1-5 parts of component D; 5-35 parts of component E; 0.1-5 parts of a catalyst; and 0.1-1.0 part of an inhibitor; both component A and component B are (CH3)2 (CH2=CH)SiO1/2 end-capped linear structured polysiloxane, the viscosity of component A is 50000-150000 centipoise, and the viscosity of component B is 300-10000 centipoise; component C is vinyl polysiloxane having a branched structure, component D is an adhesion promoter, and component E is a compound conforming to general formula (1). The prepared transparent silicone gel capable of dual-curing by using ultraviolet light irradiation and heating may start to be cured after being initiated by illumination by means of ultraviolet light irradiation for a short time, and a heating condition may accelerate the speed of curing.

L'invention concerne un gel transparent de silicone pouvant subir un double durcissement à l'aide d'une irradiation de lumière ultraviolette et d'un chauffage, la formule de matière première comprenant les matières premières suivantes, en parties en poids : 25-65 parties du constituant A ; 15-35 parties du constituant B ; 5-25 parties du constituant C ; 1-5 parties du constituant D ; 5-35 parties du constituant E ; 0,1-5 parties d'un catalyseur ; et 0,1-1,0 partie d'un inhibiteur ; le composant A et le composant B étant tous deux un polysiloxane à structure linéaire à extrémités coiffées par (CH3)2 (CH2=CH)SiO1/2, la viscosité du constituant A étant de 50.000-150.000 centipoises et la viscosité du constituant B étant de 300-10.000 centipoises ; le constituant C étant un vinylpolysiloxane présentant une structure ramifiée, le constituant D étant un promoteur d'adhérence et le constituant E étant un composé répondant à la formule générale (1). Le gel transparent de silicone préparé pouvant subir un double durcissement à l'aide d'une irradiation de lumière ultraviolette et d'un chauffage peut commencer à durcir après l'initiation par éclairage au moyen d'une irradiation de lumière ultraviolette pendant une courte durée et une condition de chauffage peut accélérer la vitesse de durcissement.
