Disclosed are an order processing method, apparatus and device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: determining a logical partition to which a target order belongs from a plurality of logical partitions as a target logical partition (S201), wherein one logical partition is associated with at least one station and a plurality of inventory containers, and at least one inventory container of a plurality of inventory containers associated with the target logical partition accommodates inventory items required by the target order; allocating the target order to a station associated with the target logical partition, and taking the station as a target station (S202); and controlling a robot to carry a target inventory container, accommodating the inventory items required by the target order, of the plurality of inventory containers associated with the target logical partition to the target station (S203).

La présente invention concerne un procédé, un appareil et un dispositif de traitement d'ordres, ainsi qu'un support de stockage. Le procédé consiste à : déterminer une partition logique à laquelle un ordre cible appartient à partir d'une pluralité de partitions logiques en tant que partition logique cible (S201), une partition logique étant associée à au moins une station et une pluralité de conteneurs d'inventaire, et au moins un conteneur d'inventaire d'une pluralité de conteneurs d'inventaire associés à la partition logique cible recevant des articles d'inventaire requis par l'ordre cible ; attribuer l'ordre cible à une station associée à la partition logique cible, et prendre la station en tant que station cible (S202) ; et commander un robot pour transporter un conteneur d'inventaire cible, recevoir les articles d'inventaire requis par l'ordre cible, de la pluralité de conteneurs d'inventaire associés à la partition logique cible à la station cible (S203).
