Abstract

A preparation method for a magnetic biochar material, a device therefor and use thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing high-temperature anaerobic pyrolysis of sludge from sewage treatment plants to obtain sludge biochar, then performing dry fine grinding to obtain biochar powder, performing dry magnetic separation on the sludge biochar powder to obtain a magnetic material, obtaining a granular material after humidity adjustment and pelletizing and subjecting same to high-temperature sintering in a protective atmosphere to obtain a sintered material, and cooling same with the furnace, so as to obtain a magnetic biochar material with a porous structure. A magnetic material is separated from biochar, a sludge pyrolysis product, and is used for preparing a magnetic biochar material for efficient adsorption and removal of fluoroquinolone antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin, thereby achieving the reclamation of sludge biochar and reducing the preparation cost of an adsorption material. The method is simple and has strong applicability, good economic benefits and environmental benefits.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un matériau de biochar magnétique, un dispositif associé et son utilisation. Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : effectuer une pyrolyse anaérobie à haute température de boues provenant de stations d'épuration pour obtenir du biochar de boue, puis effectuer un broyage fin à sec pour obtenir une poudre de biochar, effectuer une séparation magnétique à sec sur la poudre de biochar de boue pour obtenir un matériau magnétique, obtenir un matériau granulaire après ajustement d'humidité et granulation et soumission de celui-ci à un frittage à haute température dans une atmosphère protectrice pour obtenir un matériau fritté, et refroidir celui-ci avec le four, de façon à obtenir un matériau de biochar magnétique ayant une structure poreuse. Un matériau magnétique est séparé du biochar, un produit de pyrolyse de boue, et est utilisé pour préparer un matériau de biochar magnétique pour une adsorption et un retrait efficaces d'antibiotiques de fluoroquinolone tels que la ciprofloxacine, ce qui permet d'obtenir la récupération du biochar de boue et de réduire le coût de préparation d'un matériau d'adsorption. Le procédé est simple et présente une forte applicabilité, de bons avantages économiques et des avantages environnementaux.
