Disclosed are a display panel and a display apparatus capable of preventing water vapor infiltrating from the outside from entering a display area of the display panel while improving the phenomenon of display panel overheating, thereby improving the performance of the display panel as far as possible. The display panel comprises: a base substrate; a reference power line located in a non-display area and comprising a first electrode metal layer and a second electrode metal layer successively arranged on the base substrate in a stacked manner; and a packaging structure located on one side, far away from the base substrate, of the reference power line, wherein in the reference power line, a projection, on the base substrate, of the second electrode metal layer is within a projection, on the base substrate, of the packaging structure, and a projection, on the base substrate, of the first electrode metal layer exceeds an edge of the projection, on the base substrate, of the packaging structure.

L'invention concerne un panneau d'affichage et un appareil d'affichage capables d'empêcher l'infiltration de vapeur d'eau depuis l'extérieur d'entrer dans une zone d'affichage du panneau d'affichage tout en améliorant le phénomène de surchauffe de panneau d'affichage, améliorant ainsi les performances du panneau d'affichage autant que possible.
