Provided are an OLED display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device, belonging to the technical field of displaying. The OLED display panel comprises: a pixel circuit layer (104), an OLED layer (105) and a reflective layer (101) which are sequentially stacked. The reflective layer (101) comprises at least one reflective block (1011), the reflective block (1011) is a conductor, and the at least one reflective block (1011) is connected to a touch integrated circuit (20), thereby solving the problem that an OLED display panel having a touch function is thick, and satisfying the requirements of lightening and thinning of the OLED display panel.

L'invention concerne un panneau d'affichage à OLED et son procédé de fabrication, et un dispositif d'affichage, se rapportant au domaine technique de l'affichage. Le panneau d'affichage à OLED comprend : une couche de circuit de pixels (104), une couche d'OLED (105) et une couche réfléchissante (101) qui sont empilées séquentiellement. La couche réfléchissante (101) comprend au moins un bloc réfléchissant (1011), le bloc réfléchissant (1011) est un conducteur, et l'au moins un bloc réfléchissant (1011) est connecté à un circuit intégré tactile (20), ce qui permet de résoudre le problème selon lequel un panneau d'affichage à OLED ayant une fonction tactile est épais, et satisfaisant aux exigences d'éclaircissement et d'amincissement du panneau d'affichage à OLED.
