Provided are a pixel circuit (01) and drive method thereof, and a display panel (100) and display device, belonging to the technical field of displays; the pixel circuit (01) comprises a data write sub-circuit (10), a compensation sub-circuit (20), a storage sub-circuit (30), and a drive sub-circuit (40); since the compensation sub-circuit (20) can output a first power signal to a first node (P1), the storage sub-circuit (30) can adjust the potential of a second node (P2) according to the potential of the first node (P1); therefore the drive current outputted to a light-emitting unit (02) can be made independent of the threshold voltage of a transistor (M0) in the drive sub-circuit (40), i.e. performing internal compensation of the threshold voltage of the transistor (M0) in the drive sub-circuit (40), improving the problems of the drive current flowing through each light-emitting element (L0) being different because of the threshold voltage of a transistor (M0) in the drive sub-circuit (40), and the display device having uneven display brightness.

L'invention concerne un circuit de pixels (01) et son procédé d'attaque, ainsi qu'un panneau d'affichage (100) et un dispositif d'affichage, appartenant au domaine technique des afficheurs ; le circuit de pixels (01) comprend un sous-circuit d'écriture de données (10), un sous-circuit de compensation (20), un sous-circuit de stockage (30) et un sous-circuit d'attaque (40) ; étant donné que le sous-circuit de compensation (20) peut délivrer un premier signal de puissance à un premier nœud (P1), le sous-circuit de stockage (30) peut ajuster le potentiel d'un second nœud (P2) en fonction du potentiel du premier nœud (P1) ; par conséquent, le courant d'attaque délivré à une unité électroluminescente (02) peut être rendu indépendant de la tension de seuil d'un transistor (M0) dans le sous-circuit d'attaque (40), c'est-à-dire en réalisant une compensation interne de la tension de seuil du transistor (M0) dans le sous-circuit d'attaque (40), améliorant les problèmes selon lesquels le courant d'attaque circulant à travers chaque élément électroluminescent (L0) est différent du fait de la tension de seuil d'un transistor (M0) dans le sous-circuit d'attaque (40) et le dispositif d'affichage a une luminosité d'affichage irrégulière.
