An anode active material, an anode, an electrochemical device and an electronic device using the same are provided. The anode active material includes a lithiated silicon-oxygen material and a coating layer, where there is at least a Si-O-M bond between the coating layer and the lithiated silicon-oxygen material, where M is selected from one or more of element aluminum, element boron and element phosphorus. The anode active material has high stability and is suitable for aqueous processing to be prepared into an anode.

L'invention concerne un matériau actif d'anode, une anode, un dispositif électrochimique et un dispositif électronique l'utilisant. Le matériau actif d'anode comprend un matériau de silicium-oxygène lithié et une couche de revêtement, au moins une liaison Si-O-M entre la couche de revêtement et le matériau de silicium-oxygène lithié, M étant choisi parmi l'élément aluminium, et/ou l'élément bore, et/ou l'élément phosphore. Le matériau actif d'anode a une stabilité élevée et convient à un traitement aqueux à préparer dans une anode.
